Senior Recruitment Trainer East Berkshire £35k-45k SRRgGnTr116 Specialist recruitment agency seeking Experienced Trainer for their senior team. Our client is an award winning boutique consultancy that has grown hugely since its inception only 5 years ago, and will continue to do so thanks to their focus in recession proof markets. Accountable to the HR director, you will be joining a junior trainer that currently runs their graduate academy, and your role will be to develop and drive forward a complete training program for the senior arm of the business. You will be based out of their head office in East Berkshire but the scope of the role will involve some travel to London and Manchester to deliver training to their other offices. You will be expected to identify the ongoing training needs for their business and deliver a training solution to meet these, covering sales, managerial and operational modules for all staff from senior consultant upwards. As a pivotal hire for the business you can expect to have a working relationship with all the general managers, and be responsible for reporting on the return on investment for training to the board of directors. Successful applicants will have at least five years previous experience designing and delivery training packages for the sales/recruitment industry and ideally have a strong background in sales or recruitment. If you have a track record of leadership coaching and management development this place you at a huge advantage. You will need to illustrate a passion for people development, and possess the energy levels and positive attitude needed for such a high profile role within the business.
