The company we are recruiting for is a well established international professional services recruiter, with their business continuing to see growth across all sectors which include banking, finance and investments. They have a strong brand name in the market and operate a mature and flexible work environment where all consultants are able to develop and grow both personally and their business billings.
The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience ideally within the Financial or Banking sector but our client will also consider consultants from other professional recruitment sectors as long as the applicant has a proven track record. All their consultants demonstrate professionalism, integrity and confidence enabling them to deal efficiently in this market and liaise at a senior level.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a specialist, niche, and very professional sector within the finance arena. Working within Investment Division, the desk you will be personally responsible for is already a £200-300K warm desk, which covers both London and the Emerging markets' finance sector along with other specialist areas. Obviously you will still be expected to develop new business in addition to this and manage the existing client portfolio. Opportunities to progress to Management in the future will also be available.
