My client is located in Henley and is one of the fastest growing and most exciting businesses in the UK, currently turning over 33 million pounds a year, with offices in Henley, London, Bristol and Manchester. Currently the concentrate on placing Project, Programme and Change Managers and are running in excess of 300 interims.
From this business they have set up a successful HR Recruitment Brand turning over around 7.8 million after 18 months and are now looking to set up a similar brand focusing on Finance.
With a successful brand and a record for success in the senior market space they are looking for a candidate to come on board and head up this brand as a Managing Consultant.
The ideal candidate will have previous Finance Recruitment experience or senior IT preferably in Contracts although business focused perm consultants will be considered, previous management experience isn't essential just the desire to start building a brand and the recruitment experience matter the most as my client will put anyone joining through the relevant training.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that really does stand out not only in its delivery but the business invests in NLP training for its staff as well as on site coaching etc.
The candidate for this role will be paid between 30-35k dependant on experience a guarantee for 6-9 months will be paid to what the person earned in their last year on their P60.
