The role of a Senior Consultant now exists for this business, they are looking for a consultative stand alone person who won't need micro management who has exposure to the Interim/Contracts recruitment environment. Exposure to Finance Recruitment isn't essential but it is essential this candidate understands how to do Interim Recruitment and will ideally have 18 months to 3 years experience, what this role will bring to someone at this level is for them to be number two in this business that is planned and will grow to a multi million pound turn over very quickly. This is a business that employs around 60 Consultants and over 15 of those are earning over 110k a year, so its realistic you could be in that earning area in 12-18 months like the other high achievers.
