Our client is one of the largest executive recruitment firms in the country. They have been placing senior level candidates into major organisations within both the public and private sectors for over 20 years. They are looking to bring someone on board to work within the Central Government team. They are currently looking for a consultant with a minimum of two years experience to come into the business. Ideally you will have central government or public sector recruitment experience, if not then an excellent record within the commercial recruitment arena. You will be entrepreneurial, commercially aware and have exceptional relationship management and delivery skills. The role requires someone with gravitas and finesse, as you must be able to converse and negotiate with senior level candidates and to play an active role in client level meetings.
