Established 27 years ago and located a five minute walk from Holborn tube station my client is one of the most profitable Recruitment Consultancies in London. With a turn over of over 23 million and 3 million of that is profit they are a very cash rich organisation with money to invest outside their normal Financial services sector.
Leveraging existing relationships my client is looking to set up an HR recruitment division, with rapid growth plans and a commission structure paying up to 40% this opportunity is a real money earner. The Candidate starting this venture should come from an HR recruitment back ground and be wanting to take the next step in to management, this role is a Managing consultant role that could move in to a Directors role quite quickly.
The ideal candidate will be extremely consultative, articulate and project a polished professional image, as my client is all about long term relationships.
