Established in 1992, and now active across five major disciplines, my client is one of the recruitment industrys most recognised and admired brands. Their HR division has an enviable client base that includes many major banks, management consultancies, media and retail organisations. In response to continued demand, and as part of their commitment to growth, they are now looking for an experienced recruiter to open a contract HR division.
This is a crucial stage in the development of the company as a whole. As such, the successful candidate will have at least five years recruitment experience, and will probably be managing a team in a high street environment at present. HR recruitment experience is not a necessity, however it is vital that you are able to demonstrate success in a start-up situation, consistent personal billings, and the ability to market and manage a new service. In return, directorship and equity options are all available for the right individual.
