SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT Office Support/HR LONDON - £30k + OTE £60k+ Ref: SRLnHrSc58 Our client is a well established office support and HR recruiter based in Leicester Square. Having undergone a take over a year ago, the new owners are looking to expand their business and take on experienced recruiters to enhance existing teams, add value to the company, and who will conform to the company fit professional, dynamic and fun! Currently a company of 25, our client is now looking to bring on 8-10 new consultants within the next year. The successful candidate will have at least 12 months billing recruitment experience, preferably within a related industry. You will be starting on a cold desk, and developing your own business, therefore, will need to be passionate and entrepreneurial. You can expect to earn up to £30k basic, coupled with a competitive commission structure, offering you the opportunity to earn £60k+ OTE. You will be assigned an admin assistant once you've been consistently hitting your targets, allowing you to concentrate your efforts on billing.
