Candela Media is a fast growing professional services company dedicated to supplying resource solutions to the Broadcast & Media industry. Our services are delivered via three complimentary groups: Recruitment, Consultancy and Technology. We are seeking to strengthen our recruitment team with an experienced Senior Recruiter, who will service digital broadcast clients on permanent / contract positions.
We are based in the heart of the film & TV media industry at our offices in Pinewood Studios, just on the outskirts of West London (Jct 1 M40 / Jct 16 M25). You will be reporting to a newly appointed recruitment manager, who has been targeted with increasing both revenue and team size. Experience in either the technology or media sector is desired but not essential, as is the capability of working to a structured sales process.
You will be part of an expanding Recruitment team, as our target is to have an additional 10 desks operational within the next 2 years. Additionally you will be involved in business development activities with the team, developing relationships with larger clients (BBC, Reed Professional Services, Disney) whilst also delivering high quality recruitment services to our smaller, niche customer base. Key responsibilities will be:
- Managing the full cycle of recruitment
- New business development
- Working a dual desk (contract / perm)
- Mentoring junior staff members
- Developing key business accounts
