SENIOR RECRUITER / DIVISIONAL MANAGER Industrial Perm My client is an independent recruitment agency with a fantastic reputation and an impressive track record of growth. They operate within industrial and technical and are looking to build their perm division, with the appointment of an experienced perm recruiter whose role will be to grow the perm division across the branch network. SENIOR RECRUITER / DIVISIONAL MANAGER / INDUSTRIAL PERM RECRUITMENT Role: Senior Recruiter, perm recruitment Area: East / West Midlands Based: Leicester/Coventry/Stafford Salary: circa £30k basic + car allowance Benefits: Excellent commission and incentives THE ROLE: ·This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant with a solid understanding of permanent recruitment ·The client base is industrial and manufacturing and you will inherit a warm desk placing within supply chain, procurement, HR, operations and logistics ·You will also be responsible for expanding the division across 5 locations, hiring and training more junior recruiters and developing strategy THE COMPANY: ·Independent regionalised recruitment consultancy with a superb reputation across the east and west midlands ·Operating across 5 locations and a member of The Times top 50 fastest growing companies ·Recruiting across industrial, technical and engineering, my client focus on ethical recruitment and high quality. KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: ·You will be an experienced recruitment consultant having a track record in permanent recruitment, typically working as a senior or managing consultant ·Previous experience of recruiting within engineering, manufacturing, supply chain or industrial would be advantageous ·You will be hard-working, self-motivated, professional and credible ·You will be comfortable developing strong business relationships from warm leads ·You will be looking for an opportunity to progress your career to a management level Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
