My client is located in the heart of Bristol City in an old town house style office, they are a dynamic new era recruitment consultancy with huge plans on the horizon. Forget the high KPI's phone timers and have you got time to go home ethos, as this business is a million miles away from this type of environment. The Directors set this business up to encourage a professional fun working culture where people run their own diaries and desk. Although Consultants joining will be targeted on monthly billings how they achieve them is down to them, as the client is flexible about people coming and going from the office (with in reason) They promote a relaxed professional dress code and a non hierarchical culture. The Directors are hands on billers and the current team is 4 strong and looking to double in size, they mainly cover the senior end IT sector and already have a strong turnover with good profits.
The candidate they are looking for must have IT recruitment experience but not just be a bulk standard tele sales person who is happy to bang out the phone but a consultative business professional who can plan out what they are going to target and how they are going to do it, meeting clients is also encouraged so the candidate must be able to client face at director level.
The ideal candidate will have 18 months recruitment experience and be capable of running their own desk and in the long term their own division as people coming on board at present will have a good chance to be long term team leaders, managers or even Directors.
