IT Recruitment - Senior Consultant
£35,000 - £75,000 per annum, OTE

With strong financial backing, my client have arrived in the IT recruitment marketplace with over 70 years experience between the founding four members in placing white collar IT professionals into contract and permanent roles UK wide.
Are you an experienced perm or contract IT recruiter, currently frustrated or in need of a change of scene? Do you want the opportunity of immediate equity in a business, no thresholds on your commission, and the chance to be part of a brand new business actively targeting high level fees/margins with a solid, committed client base? This is a forward thinking consultancy with a proactive, professional approach. They are taking recruitment back to basics, providing a quality service to quality clients, and giving consultants autonomy to get the job done, whether that be client visits, candidate meetings or getting on the phone and putting in the calls.
You will be a graduate or of graduate calibre, comfortable dealing with all levels of clients and candidates, be well versed in presenting to win business, and be able to manage client's expectations whilst promoting an effective solution. Probably looking for your second or third role in recruitment, you will have enjoyed a solid track record of success, and have a good understanding of the marketplace. Business acumen is a prerequisite, as is the ability to converse on all subjects with extremely prestigious clients from all walks of life. You will be expected to proactively develop new business, and research potential clients to gain their confidence and a time in their diary.
