Located in central Bristol my client is an up and coming specialist Recruitment consultancy looking to grow with the right people. They don't want to be the same as all the other Recruitment Consultancies out there so are planning to move away from the harsh micro management of staff and employ snr recruiters who share their passion of doing recruitment but not being tied to your desk 24/7. The client has been established 18 months and is at 4 strong already, they are cash rich and want people who want to grow the business and brand with them.
The ideal candidate won't just be a recruiter but a business professional as the client will support them when needed but it is generally up to the recruiter to choose a specialism, location or sector to go after in the UK.
For this my client wants to pay anyone joining a basic of 24k with a commission structure of 20% for contracts and 25% for perm, no threshold and guarantees will be paid for high achievers making a move.
