The Task in hand
üRecruitment and Training of staff
ü Defining the consultant's role
ü Monitoring the standards of consultants
ü Ensure the team are working effectively and take control where appropriate
ü Train and mentor the team, set expectations
ü Help to win new business/develop existing business,
üMaintain staff discipline
üKeep abreast of the market in order to actively seek new business opportunities and continual day to day management in terms of the sales cycle, system administration and reporting of figures.

You, the team leader.
You will have already proven yourself as a consistent top biller, with a minimum of 3-4 years sales experience. You will be no stranger to building and developing new markets and you will be expected to hit the ground running in order to push the team forward in a timely manner.
