IT Recruitment Consultant - London - £35k-£40k Basic + OTE 80K Your Profile As an IT Recruitment Consultant you will have IT Recruitment experience and want to move to the next level. If you want to build your own division, leading the managerial roles in the future then read on! The Role You will be providing the full range of recruitment services from contingency, search, client paid advertising and retained search and selection. This company is highly focused on providing a quality driven, consultancy based package to all of their clients and candidates so they are looking for like-minded individuals. This is a hands-on role suitable for an experienced recruiter who has knowledge of IT Recruitment but is currently prevented from taking the next step into management. You will be able to build a team around you as you grow the division and will be involved in all strategic decisions. The Company This is an established Recruitment agency that has received numerous awards and accreditation's. They are one of the fastest growing recruitment agencies in the UK. As part of these plans they are looking to re-invigorate their IT division. You will be working from an existing database of clients and candidates whilst building the division from the ground up.
