This business is on-site with its Sister Company who specialises in Senior End Interim Project Management recruitment and employs 60+ consultants. Currently this business employs one Managing Consultant and is turning over 1.5 million currently, they concentrate on IT recruitment specifically ERP, SAP and Oracle. This is a business with huge growth potential so the Managing consultant is looking to take a Consultant on who can run their own desk and bill with out having to be micro managed. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years IT Contracts Recruitment experience and be happy to work in a grown up working environment away from the phone timers and have you got time to go home billboards. The role will offer long term promotional opportunities and the chance to grow as this dynamic business grows and goes from strength to strength. This role would suit someone coming out of a heavily KPI driven environment as they will know how to structure their day and won't need constant man management, the consultant will be given an area to work along with all the tools to succeed and ongoing training from the sister companies recognised training programme.
