Senior Recruitment Consultant Legal London Salary: £30-37k + Car + market leading commission structure SRLnLeSc05 "Superb opportunity to work for the Legal division of one of the successful recruitment firms in the UK" My client is one of the most respected names in the recruitment industry and they are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their Legal team. The Legal Division is in the process of undergoing a major period of growth and expansion under the dynamic leadership of a new Director and the opportunities to succeed in this role are huge. You will have 2 years + recruitment experience, which does not necessarily have to be within the Legal sector. You will be able to highlight an excellent billing record, a strong sense of drive and a desire to lead from the front. The consultants within this firm recognise the fantastic opportunities available to them, and as such they have one of the lowest turnovers of staff in the industry. If successful you could be working within what is accepted to be one of the most rewarding commission structures available. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a company that has a superb name within recruitment , whilst being at the forefront of the major expansion of one its flagship divisions. You will have the chance to be dealing with some of the largest law firms in the UK and the organic growth model that my client operates under mean that strong performances will be rewarded with promotion.
