The company is very fast moving and anyone joining will be part of a brand to be proud of, they offer modern offices over looking London centre; they are easily accessible for anybody living in London area. The company made 1.5 million in profit last year alone and are re-investing that into continued expansion plans, currently at 20 strong they plan to double in size with the right Search consultants. The ideal candidate for the role must have proven Search experience with a recognised portfolio of clients, it is essential they bring industry experience as my client is looking to bolster their growth in Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Commerce and Industry as well as overseas projects on oil and gas etc. With plans to open a New York office, the business offers so much for a consultant already working in this sector and to earn some serious money! With a New York office planned this business offers a lot for a consultant already working in one of the big firms to move away and get on a fast track to earning some serious money. Consultants already in this business are earning anything from 100k-350k its achievable and real for good people joining this business to earn good salaries. The average salary worked is 100k and 500k roles have also been filled by this business. Candidates will be polished professional and able to communicate at Board level as this is the area my client works in all the time.
