Located in modern offices just off the M4 in Windsor my client is a market place leader in placing senior interim and perm Finance and IT positions salaried on 450 per day average and 70k plus per annum.
This client offers not only a well above average basic salary to anyone joining but also a commission structure of 35% for perm and 30% for interim, allowing good consultants to build up a business and clear well in excess of a 150k per year. Good Consultants will also be given the chance to move in to Management positions with possible equity or partnership in the business long term.
This role would suit a candidate with 3 years plus sector specific recruitment experience who is mature and professional enough to run their own desk. The candidate must be a professional articulate business person looking to move away from micro management in to a professional, polished business environment.
