Located in Ascot with Parking my client is looking to expand its Finance Recruitment Consultancy in to the IT sector. To do this my client is looking for a motivated Contracts IT recruiter to come on board and set up the team off the back of their existing Financial services clients.
The ideal candidate will be self motivated and want long term career prospects as well as equity in the business.
To tempt the right Candidates my client is offering an above market place basic salary along with guarantee's etc. All that they want is a business focused graduate with 2 years plus relevant recruitment experience.
This is a no brainer to go for as any experienced consultant will make an absolute fortune the Directors are also experienced line managers who have built and grown businesses for major consultancies over the post ten years.
Realistic starting package for someone with experience would be 35k+ with Commission paying up to 40% and team bonus put in place this is a realistic 100k + a year job.
