Role Overview:
The Resource Professional will provide effective, consultative recruitment advice and delivery to the client hiring managers based onsite. Your principal focus will be the recruitment of high calibre Sales, Consulting and IT professionals to fill key roles across the organisation. These will predominantly be sourced via direct methods such as headhunting, networking, advertising and database search as well as working with local Vendors.
Responsibilities:
·Reporting in to the Team Leader (based in the UK), the Resource Professional should be fully focused on placing suitable candidates. This activity is the main focus of the onsite team.
·Based on the client site in the UK, the role will cover all recruitment requirements within Business Functions.
·The Resource Professional will be required to liaise with local client sites within EMEA and the in Country recruiters to fill specific roles.
·Writing and advising hiring managers on workable job specifications. Be consultative in there approach to ensure that the hiring manager has the best possible chance of filling the role.
·Balance supplier, line manager and HR relationships effectively.
·Manage hiring manager expectations, giving constructive best practice advice.
·Provide a consultative professional service that will embed the service within the client infrastructure.
·Responsible for creating candidate attraction strategies, using cost effective recruitment channels. Think of innovative ways in which to increase the number of direct hires made.
·Sourcing and pipeline candidates through Headhunting, Advertising in local Media, Web searches, attending recruitment exhibitions and fairs and running recruitment events.
·Ensure that all recruitment information is stored and logged on the recruitment database.
·Work on all roles equally regardless of preference. All roles are important to each individual hiring manager.
·Provide recruitment back-up for the other on site team members willing to step into the breach in times of staff shortages or recruitment volume peaks
·Constantly market the service to internal client stakeholders (hiring managers and HR) and external stakeholders (vendors) to maximise service usage
·Strive to constantly improve the service through the use of technology, process and strategy.
·Provide reporting information as required.
Experience required:
-Strong recruitment consultancy experience within either a specialist field or as a generalist
-Experience of recruiting within HR, Finance and internal functions would be a distinct advantage
-Search and Selection experience
-An understanding of local employment law
-On site experience within a blue chip organization
-Fluent English and one other European Language would be a distinct advantage
-Strong MS Office skills and the ability to produce high quality Excel documents and PowerPoint presentations
-Creative knowledge of recruitment consultancy usage, Internet recruitment channels, and recruitment campaign management
-A good proven track record in effective job filling
