Role:
Part of your role will be hands on running a desk. There are some big accounts with large corporate clients that need servicing but part of your role will be to develop the desk further. The other part of the role will be to manage a team. To include setting targets & KPI's, coaching, training & motivating your team which calls for a true lead-from-the-front-leader who isn't afraid of getting stuck in. You will be responsible for ensuring there is a focus on developing a strong client base through sales and client visits. Being supported but not micro-managed by an industry experienced Manager who will help you in your role but has high expectations from day one that you can perform all the necessary duties without being molly coddled !
THE COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR:
Recruitment experience is a must either within a scientific/technical sector or with a knowledge/Interest of the scientific sector.
Proven man management experience who is able to lead from the front
Someone who responds positively and proactively to targets and is a strong leader by nature
Must be capable of building teams (recruiting, training, coaching, developing, motivating).
Possess a good level of business acumen.
