My client is part of a world leading Recruitment Group and currently provides technical recruitment solutions within a variety of market sectors including IT, Technical, Aerospace, Engineering and Building services. We are now looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter, to conduct all recruitment activity within new business clients. This is an all round recruitment role involving sourcing new roles and placing contract resource, identifying business generating opportunities for other divisions of the company and conducting Business Development activities. Main Duties and Responsibilities ·To meet and exceed clients needs and requirements ·Working to reach agreed KPI's of sales, service and performance ·New Business development and sales calls. ·Developing strong relationships with both new and existing clients and candidates ·Advertising vacancies via appropriate mediums ·To develop and demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of the companies business and core disciplines ·Providing support to team members and other parts of the company as required / directed ·Maintianing and update all records accurately on the company database ensuring compliance procedures are adhered to ·Conducting both telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates ·Fully briefing candidates prior to interview and gaining and delivering interview feedback ·Managing expectations of both the client and candidate ·Adhere to company policies, systems, procedures and codes of practice to which the company subscribes Candidate Requirements ·A minimum of 2 years experience in a recruitment consultant role ·Must have experience of generating new business ·Extensive knowledge of the recruitment industry ·Willingness and focus to confidently achieve targets and objectives ·Ideally REC qualified ·Sector expertise ·Competency based interviewing techniques In return for your hard work and effort, you will receive 23 days holiday from day one, private dental care, private medical insurance, permanent health insurance, stakeholder pension, and an excellent commission percentage based upon the amount that you negotiate with your clients!!
