Expanding fast track multi sector agency is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Consultant/Team Leader to assist our client to achieve its sales growth and profitability expectations by providing exceptional customer service.
ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
1. To build good working with relationships with clients, associates, peers and managers
2. MUST have Recruitment Experience ideally leadership skills
3. To deliver contract and permanent assignments to meet client needs and maximise profitability
4. Carry out business development activities as well as run a desk and oversee a team of 2 consultants/Account Managers
5. To grow business via expansion of accounts, product / service development and specialisation in new skill area, be proactive in marketing to candidates and clients.
6. Man Management skills, with a strong business acumen
7. Network with candidates and Associates to obtain referrals for new candidates and leads for new client business, whilst promoting the company.
8. Ability to network effectively and handle a diverse range of tasks.
