The client is a niche supplier of Recruitment to the Telecommunications industry, established for a number of years now they have built up a reputable brand name in the supplying of permanent staff to that sector. Located in Crowthorne with free parking this client offers modern offices to work in with room in the office for many more additional hires. What my client is looking for is an experienced Contracts recruiter who wants to build a contracts business from the existing permanent business, this is a great opportunity as the clients and business model is already in place, all that's needed is the right person to head this up. The ideal candidate will be polished and professional with 2 years plus exposure to the contracts recruitment market space, as this candidate will be starting up the division any experience of reporting and P&L would also be looked upon favourably. This role will long term move in to a Management role and will eventually boast equity in to the business.
