Trainee Recruitment Consultants Needed.... 

Are you currently in a Sales role and fed up of earning little or no commission? 

An estate agent who is frustrated with present market conditions?
Fancy a trip to New York...but simple can't afford it? 

PTP consulting are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to work with our well established Bristol based recruitment firms. 

You will ideally come from a strong sales background, maybe:

• Telesales
• Estate Agency
• Membership sales
• New Business or Business Development

Or any roles where you have worked to targets/KPI's and thrive under these conditions. 

Coupled with sales experience you will also be a good communicator with the ability who can talk to people at all levels. Have the confidence to handle objections and the determination to succeed. 

As everyday is different in the world of Recruitment, you will enjoy this fast paced environment whilst earning an excellent salary and commission. 

In return our client will offer a great career structure, starting with core training, followed by support from more senior members when needed. Future development can lead into management or to work in different sectors and industries.
