Overview

• Dynamic Fast growing recruitment consultancy focused on providing real value to The Investment Banking and Brokerage Sector.
• We recruit in the UK, Dubai, Europe.
• You will be joining one of our desks focused in either Equities, FX/Rates or Commodities sector.
• We have a comprehensive training and mentoring programme
• You will be given a four stage modulised training and development programme.
• We work in newly refitted modern offices, complete with consultant break out area, screens with Sky News and a professional environment.
• Training and development to allow you to become a senior associate managing the entire recruitment process.
• Prior Recruitment experience is not a must however sales experience is necessary
• Excellent opportunities to develop to an associate and senior associate. Running your own clients

• Established for 4 years with 50% growth year on year, we provide middle and junior level traders, dealers, analysts and sales to the Investment Banking Markets sector including commodities and FX/Rates

Role

• You will working as a junior associate in one of our teams as part of the mentoring scheme
• Writing adverts
• Identifying suitable candidates
• Telephone interviewing
• Inputting data into the database
• Identifying potential clients
• Developing candidate lists for proactive marketing
• Second point of contact for clients
• Arranging interviews
