As a recruitment consultant you are responsible for managing a patch. So what does that mean you might ask?? You will be recruiting within a specific geographical location, within one of our four recruiting divisions. You will not be competing with any of your colleagues, as it is only you in Monarch that manages that patch - which gives you full reign to maximise your client relationships and earning potential! Within your patch you will be responsible for building relationships with a wide range of clients, ensuring that the candidates you are supplying them with match their requirements. We will provide you with full training, which will cover all aspects of the recruitment cycle including sales, negotiation skills, interviewing and advertising.
