Trainee Recruitment Consultant 

£15-18k ote £25-35k 1st year + benefits

My client, a growing recruitment consultancy are currently looking for a trainee consultant to become their next success story. You will join an experienced team who will provide you with excellent training opportunities and fast track you through to a full consultant role as soon as you are ready.

You are likely to be a graduate or equivalent, have some exposure to a sales environment and be money and career motivated. If you haven't followed an academic path, and have spent your formative years in sales, this could also be a lucrative move for you. You will have uncapped earning potential, access to the best industry tools of the trade, and your success will be down to how hard you want to work.

In return for your efforts, you will receive a competitive basic salary, uncapped earning potential ( with a realistic figure in your first year of £30-35k if hitting target), and the opportunity to work in a vibrant, busy office.
