We are looking for 3 Trainee Recruitment Consultants to work from our Wimbledon Offices recruiting front office and sales staff for the financial markets in London, Dubai and Swizterland.
We currently have opportunities for candidates that are looking to break into a career in recruitment. We need bright, enthusiastic, determined, driven and money hungry individuals with exposure to sales to join us in the role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
All Trainee Recruitment Consultants are placed on our extensive internal training scheme that will teach you every element of the recruitment cycle. You will then work under the mentorship of an experienced Consultant learning how to source candidates, win mandates, and run the recruitment process. This gives you the balance of class room based training and practical support. After your probation period you will enter our career development scheme which will allow you to ultimately run your own desk.
Your main duties as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant will involve:
-Designing and marketing job advertisements
-Website searches
-Contacting targeted candidates via referrals
-Utilising the company's database in order to generate new candidates
-Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews
-Developing business relationships with target clients
We are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants who can demonstrate the following qualities:
-good communicator at all levels
-strong organisational skills
-driven, resilient and self-motivated
Ideally you will be of graduate calibre (or equivalent) and you will possess a track record of success in one of the following (although not essential):
-sales
-business development
-b2b sales
-estate agency
-customer services
NER Financial Recruitment offers a highly competitive basic salary, a highly lucrative and uncapped bonus structure offering a 1st year OTE of £35,000, monthly and quarterly prizes etc
