Trainee IT Consultant, Reading, £17.5K + OTE's Are you a Graduate with sales experience? Are you looking to start a career in recruitment? The client was established in 2005 and has grown rapidly over the years generating a turnover of nearly 5 million. The managers have 8 years industry experience and are still hands on billers, helping the team to grow the business. The candidate they are seeking for this position should be of graduate level, with 6-12 months sales experience. Someone who possesses strong communication skills and is a quick learner who in time, will have the autonomy to run their own desk. You will receive ongoing training with both managers and with senior consultants in the company. In return, they offer fantastic commission structures paying up to 25% plus extra incentives to help you reach those targets in place!
