Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Dutch or German speaking:

Montreal Associates is a fast growing IT Recruitment Agency and one of the key SAP Recruitment Consultancies.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking their first step into IT Recruitment.

As a trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will start by sourcing, assessing and selecting SAP candidates for open vacancies. Once familiar with our sector, the recruitment lifecycle and the company processes, you will be guided to follow the leads gathered and transform them into business opportunities.

You will be mentored by our New Business Manager from day one and will receive extensive training. You will also engage in a year training program with our external training partner.

                      

Attributes:

• Applicants must demonstrate a real commitment to a career in recruitment.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in either Dutch or German and excellent communication skills.
• Resilience, assertiveness, attention to detail.
• Strong administration and time-management skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office will be a definite advantage.
• Graduate, Degree level or above.
• A minimum of 1-year professional experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the Service industry.

Package, career and environment:       

• Basic salary (£18K) + commission + bonus: £30K OTE first year, £60K OTE second year.
