Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant Leeds £18k basic + £40k OTE Please do not apply unless you have a current driving licence. My client, a well-established IT recruitment consultancy, is currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their rapidly expanding Leeds IT team. If you: Have previous sales experience; Are articulate and driven; Have excellent communication skills (as you will be dealing with a wide range of clients) Have the ability to think on your feet and deal with a number of different situations; Are self-motivated and ambitious; Then this is an ideal opportunity to get all the insight and training in recruitment to forge a successful career. You will be give full training and support through the initial months to ensure you have all the necessary skills required. The rewards are very good, both financially and professionally.
