Trainee Financial/IT Recruitment Consultant - London
£20-22k basic + £50k OTE
Our client is a London based recruitment consultancy specialising in business
strategy, financial IT and global markets and investment banking. They were established in 1998 to service candidates and clients in FTSE100 companies and leading management consultancies. Based on unparalleled services, it has since expanded from business strategy recruitment to offer a unique process of selection to the financial services IT market.
Today, our client remains a creative search and selection organisation focussed on long-term relationships originating from honest, simple solutions, delivered with a personal touch. Due to their continued success they are looking for a trainee consultant to help grow their business.
If you: Have previous sales experience; Are articulate and driven; Have excellent communication skills (as you will be dealing with a wide range of clients) Have the ability to think on your feet and deal with a number of different situations; Are self-motivated and ambitious;
Then this is an ideal opportunity to get all the insight and training in recruitment to forge a successful career. You will be give full training and support through the initial months to ensure you have all the necessary skills required.

The role includes:
Interviewing, Business Development (lots), Client Visits, Matching Candidates, Account Management. Advertising, Customer Service, Account Administration.
You will need to be well organised and highly motivated. The role is not 9am - 5pm. Flexibility is required. We always go the extra mile. The office is modern and well furnished, a pleasure to work in.
