Montreal Associates is a fast growing IT Recruitment Agency and one of the key SAP Recruitment Consultancies. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking their first step into IT Recruitment. As a trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will start by sourcing, assessing and selecting SAP candidates for open vacancies. Once familiar with our sector, the recruitment lifecycle and the company processes, you will be guided to follow the leads gathered and transform them into business opportunities. You will be mentored by our SAP UK Manager from day one and will receive extensive training. You will also engage in a year training program with our external training partner. We offer: - Basic salary (£18-20 K) + commission + bonus: £30-£60k OTE first year. - Individual and team rewards on target achievements. - Healthcare & pension scheme from 1st anniversary. - 20 days holiday + 1 for each anniversary. - Promotion at Montreal Associates is based on results; we offer a real career path. Within 3 years, you can become a Manager for one of our niche markets. - You will find a hard working yet very friendly and international environment in a company targeting and achieving growth every quarter. - Our office is based in Liverpool Street.
