Trainee Consultants - White Collar
£16,000 OTE £35,000
Bristol My client is a multi branch recruiter with an excellent reputation. They are looking to expand their Bristol team with the introduction of two new team members. With 1st class in-house training they can consider raw graduates with the right attitude, through to graduate equivalent individuals with 6-12 months sales or telesales experience. You should have a polished, professional approach, and be able to deal with clients at all levels.
If you are seeking a challenge in a busy sales environment with a great team, this could be for you. Are you a team player with the ability to multitask and prioritise? This role involves contacting clients on a day to day basis, assessing their recruitment requirements, and promoting the range of services on offer. This is a tough role and requires hard working individuals, but the rewards are fantastic, both at basic salary and commission level.
The chance for quick promotion is there for the right candidates, and over 90% of the management team throughout the UK have worked their way up from a trainee consultant level.
