Trainee Recruitment Consultant Graduate

You MUST have direct sales experience, and consider targets something to smash rather than simply achieve.
JOB TITLE: GRADUATE -RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT- TRAINEE
SALARY: £18K BASIC + UNCAPPED COMMISSION
LOCATION: LONDON
THE ROLE
· Finding and contacting new candidates and clients
· Maintaining relationships and build your own client/candidate base
· Managing candidates
· Working towards targets
· Initially telephone based business development with a move to candidate and client interviews.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Preferably educated to degree level
· At least 6 months of sales experience
· You will be confident, articulate and well presented
· Ability to communicate well on the phone and face to face
· Motivated by money, success and career progression
