Graduate/ Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Central London
£17K OTE: £30K in first year
Competitive commission scheme, superb training package
THE ROLE
· Telephone and face to face interviewing

· Creating new business face to face and on the phone

My Client is a superb recruitment consultancy that has grown from a start up position to over 100 employees in just over four years. They are specialist in recruiting for the public sector including Housing, Health, Technical, Accountancy and Finance, Revenues and benefits, Policy and strategy etc. My client has massive room for individual growth with their exceptional training package.
THE PERSON
My Client is looking for candidates that are bright, have excellent communication skills, the ability to think on your feet, hard working, a team player, tenacious, sociable, down to earth, ability to react under pressure, have excellent telephone skills, comfortable with a target driven environment and professional.
· Ideally my client is looking for sales or recruitment experience however this is not essential
· Experience working within a team
· Extra curricular interests are a huge advantage So put it on your CV!!
