Trainee Recruitment Consultant, Retail/Fashion - London
£20-24k basic + £45-50k OTE
Due to expansion plans, a unique opportunity has arisen within a new and highly prestigious retail and fashion recruitment company based in central London. With 100% year on year growth they are currently looking for trainee / graduate recruitment consultants, this agency is a cut above the rest. Working from new offices, they have heavily invested in every tool needed to ensure a successful recruitment consultant.
This company is offering a fantastic basic salary for this trainee position with a competitive commission structure also in place. Full recruitment training will be given to those without any experience and progression with the company is fully encouraged. You will be working in an exciting sector dealing with well known retail and fashion companies.
They deliver a thorough graduate training programme consisting of one-to-one training, structured group training sessions, monthly appraisals and 'on the desk support.' With a team-based ethos & rewards, their consultants work closely together to place candidates into roles and maximise their earning potential.
They are looking for Recruitment Consultants who can make an impact you will be involved in all aspects of recruitment including:
· Cold calling new and existing clients for job opportunities
· Managing existing client relationships & developing new business
· Face to face meetings with clients to sell their services
· Consulting with clients over job descriptions & specifications
· Advertising vacancies online to attract the right candidates.
· Registering a range of professional candidates for temporary, contract and permanent work
· Searching for and screening candidates for suitable opportunities
· Assessing & interviewing candidates
· Preparing & arranging interviews for candidates with clients
· Negotiating terms with their clients and candidates
· Providing continual support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
· Making business decisions on market conditions, fee-generation & long term relationships
· Placing candidates into the right positions!
You can expect;
· A thorough graduate training programme & ongoing development.
· A competitive basic salary depending on your experience to date, starting from £20K
· Monthly, uncapped, realistic, team commission resulting in 1st year OTE around £35-50K!!!
· 20 days holiday per annum, increasing by 1 day for each year of employment.
· Annual basic pay review based on personal performance over the year.
· A monthly appraisal with your manager to provide advice & feedback on your performance, plus
additional training & development as required.
