My client was set up in 1990, with a wealth of experience; they are located in the centre of Reading with modern offices, they also have a network of offices across the UK and mainland Europe. They specialise in Technical, Engineering and Pharmaceutical recruitment and represent both Permanent and Contract candidates; they also hold a diverse client base that range from SME's to blue chips. My client is looking for a graduate Recruitment Consultant with at least 6-12 months business to business sales experience, tenacious self starters who want to earn money and won't take no for an answer. A recruitment consultant who is confident and a strong communicator will fit into their fun, yet professional environment. Their aim is to carry on growing the company to produce more revenue which in time will be used to develop more offices around the UK and grow their team of recruitment
Excellent and realistic commission structures in place, together they offer incentives which include weekends away to Las Vegas, Miami, New York, and Moscow, Lunches at exclusive restaurants and company cars!
