HOT Trainee Recruitment Consultant in IT needed, Salary £18-£20k
My client was founded in 1989 and is a privately owned recruitment company with a network of UK offices and satellite offices in Europe. Since its inception, the company has grown consistently, principally on reputation and referral, and has been featured in the Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 List.
The offices are modern and are located near Reading Train station, and within easy walking distance to the town centre. The right Trainee Recruitment Consultant who will fit in will be intelligent, tenacious and confident school/college leavers with at least 6months sales experience, and will be given superb ongoing training. The aim for the company at the moment will be to grow the current team to produce more revenue.
The office has a fun, corporate sales environment with a real professional edge to it, Trainee Recruitment Consultants will be made to feel welcome from day one. You will be given the opportunity to build your own desk as if it was your own business, and you will reap the financial rewards from the great commission structure they offer.
