Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Junior Consultant / Graduate Consultant
£16,000 to £19,500 plus Commission + Excellent Career Progression
OTE - £27,000 in 1st year

The Role -
· Telephone based business development role building relationships with existing clients and winning new business
· Managing candidates
· Advertising, Interviewing and Candidate Generation
· Account Management, written and oral communication
· Sourcing and matching suitable candidate to your active vacancy's

Key Skills Required -
· You will be confident with fantastic communication skills
· Sales experience (retail, B2B, call centre, telesales etc)

· Degree educated preferably, although this is not essential

· Passionate and credible individual
