Introduction to Global Solutions

For a decade Global Solutions has recruited into the staffing industry including consultancies, executive search firms and RPO businesses.

We have positioned ourselves in strategic locations around the world to affect the international relocation of professionals in our industry. Over time we have developed an extensive portfolio of clients happy and able to recruit, sponsor and relocate talent from overseas.

On the front end of our business we have built a portfolio of highly experienced recruiters with an average experience of 9 ½ years in this industry who are capable of dealing with candidates at all levels.

Our challenge is in reaching out to the global market and presenting the viability of what we have to offer. With 180 years of recruiting experiences within the business and placements during 2007 in Ireland, United Kingdom, Mainland Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australasia we are well equipped to take the helicopter view and advise on packages, cultures and expectations within these markets/countries/cities.

In recognition that our service is unique we have built a team dedicated to the relocation process who have undergone this process themselves and are experts in visa law, cost of living etc. They are on-hand to guide you through the process every step of the way.

With the current global recruitment market booming there is huge demand for experienced recruiters ranging from consultants with 1 years experience through to directors with 20 plus years experience.

Over the course of 2007, Global Solutions has recruited into the following countries :

Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Ireland, United Kingdom, Germany, Holland, Belgium, France, Sweden, USA, Canada, Malaysia, Dubai and Qatar. In all locations we have an abundance of excellent positions for individuals within the industry.

Firstly we are NOT looking to make a fast buck. We are in our tenth year in this business and are here for the long term. Our goal is to spread our message to the recruitment community, build relationships and be available on the end of the phone to offer consultative advice about the market.

We are unique in being able to look down from the helicopter view at global trends, the good markets, the bad ones and sharing that information with our clients and candidates.
